Right of withdrawal

The buyer has 30 calendar days from receipt of all the goods covered by this contract to withdraw from the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (by email) to the email address of BIOW PREVENTIVE SERVICES S.L.U.: contacto@biow.es.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the expiry of the corresponding period. The burden of proof of such communication lies with the buyer.

Once this right has been exercised, the parties may compensate each other for the services rendered. The valid exercise of the right of withdrawal implies the obligation of the purchaser to return the items in perfect condition, including the packaging, instructions and accessories that were delivered. Refusal or resistance to return the goods, understood as refusal to agree on a time for collection or failure to appear at the agreed time of collection, shall be understood as a waiver of the right of withdrawal.

The place of performance is considered to be the place where the buyer received the service.

The buyer shall not be required to reimburse any amount for the decrease in value of the material or materials covered by this contract that is a consequence of their use, in accordance with the agreement.
